Do you offer Refunds for Subscriptions?Updated 3 months ago

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you need to request a refund.

Customers who have purchased subscription services may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. 

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your email
  • Reason for the refund request

When we get your request, we will review it and let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
